Responsibilities

Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirements
Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams
Prepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation options
Use tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risks
Establish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testing
Analyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolution
Support clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementation
Collaborate with production teams to provide timely status updates
Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of initiatives
Adhere to all department policies and procedures

Required

Experience in banking, treasury, product, or project management
Strong client servicing skills, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in team environments
Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Professional qualifications as required by region (e.g., Enhanced Competency Framework certifications in Hong Kong)
Minimal travel required (less than 5%)

Preferred

Experience in client-facing project management roles
Familiarity with receivables products such as Lockbox, Receipt$tream, and Image Cash Letter
Technical aptitude with file formats and data transmission processes
Experience using project tracking tools and databases
Ability to identify and drive process improvements
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in supported products
Commitment to ongoing professional development
