Responsibilities
Support the accounting system implementation by collecting, organizing, and preparing essential financial data—including vendor records, customer profiles, and general ledger accounts and balances—to ensure accurate and complete data migration
Participate in accounting system testing activities, including data mapping, review, and validation of converted data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business and accounting requirements
Provide flexible support to Corporate Accounting team members by assisting with accounting related business unit tasks, enabling the team to focus on accounting system project related responsibilities without compromising deadlines or deliverables
Provide training and support to finance team members on Oracle and related tools
Assist with drafting revised procedures and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field required
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting and/or financial systems required
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards required
Preferred
Experience in the asset management or financial services industry preferred
Strong proficiency in Oracle Financials and related modules preferred
