Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within the organization
Assist with compensation, benefits, and job analysis for employer
May specialize in specific areas, such as position classification and programs
Assist with policy updates and compiling data and summary reports
Provides continuous support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Human Resources Management required
Minimum three years of office administration experience required
Minimum five years of Human Resources experience required
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
Effective oral and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to exhibit high level of confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Technical writing experience highly desirable
Data analysis experience preferred
Prior healthcare experience a plus
