Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and support capital-raising strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, service providers, consultants, and advisors
Provide direct support to the CEO in project management, strategy execution, and administrative duties
Lead and manage teams to align with company objectives and ensure timely project completion
Ensure effective communication and compliance in all documentation and processes
Expand strategic partnerships and network with potential investors and clients
Play an active role in recruiting and developing a high-performing team
Utilize Jira to manage workflows and track progress across departments
Frequent travel required to meet investors, attend industry events, and support business expansion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operations, investor relations, and executive support
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with project management tools like Jira is essential
Willingness to travel in the future —potential locations include the U.S. (Austin, New York, or Miami) Costa Rica or Europe
Must be able to travel in the future for business development and stakeholder engagement activities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
