Responsibilities
Support the creative technology team and drive innovation in the intersection of creative and technology
Develop and implement technical solutions to support the creative vision of the company
Work closely with designers, developers, and other partners to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and final products
Brainstorm concepts with the design team, drive application innovation, and integrate new technologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Artificial Intelligence and other emergent technologies
Apply the latest trends and technologies to the company’s projects
Ensure that the company’s projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with internal departments and clients to craft creative technical solutions that address our needs
Develop enhanced and interactive user experiences
Demonstrate prototypes
Transform developmental needs into intuitive, effective, and user-friendly digital experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or other innovation-related field
Seven to ten years at a creative agency or comparable experience including a minimum of 2 years as a creative technologist
Demonstrable industry knowledge
Advanced proficiency in dynamic languages, frameworks, and APIs
Proficiency, supported by examples of experimenting with the latest AI platforms and tools
Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing technical solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Superb teamwork and interpersonal skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Exceptional ability to lead technological innovation
