Responsibilities

Shape Lifecycle Journeys: Build marketing journeys that support cross-sell, utilization, and retention across key member segments
Drive Strategy: Design and execute cross-sell and engagement programs that increase product adoption and deepen member relationships
Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation
Leverage Data: Apply your analytical expertise to transform segmentation, predictive modeling, and machine learning into personalized member experiences that drive meaningful engagement
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, digital, and channel partners to deliver integrated campaigns across owned and paid channels
Champion Financial Health: Oversee initiatives that educate and empower members to achieve long-term financial well-being
Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, monitor results, and use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact
Channel Orchestration: Develop the strategy and execution in owned channels
Manage Resources: Lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with strategic priorities
Represent and Influence: Serve as a key voice for Member Marketing in enterprise initiatives and external events

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Typically requires a minimum 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Understanding of member lifecycle, segmentation, and cross-sell strategies in financial services or similar industries
Related experience in banking/financial services
Experience managing Direct Mail vendors and/or programs that include Direct Mail as a heavily used channel
Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
Communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
