Project Scheduler
Process Alliance is a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, and they are seeking a Project Scheduler to manage integrated project schedules. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
Integrate multiple sub-schedules into a single master project schedule
Create and maintain Level 1–4 schedule details to support project execution and reporting
Track progress, identify schedule risks, and support mitigation planning
Generate schedule metrics and reporting by integrating Primavera P6 and Excel data
Support project planning, capital delivery processes, and schedule change management activities
Basic understanding of contracts and contracting, procurement, planning and scheduling, progress measurement, schedule change order management, risk management in pharma/biotech industries
Communicate schedule status, milestones, and critical path updates to project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or capital project scheduling using Primavera P6
Proven ability to integrate multiple sub-schedules into a master project schedule
Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
Knowledge of project management planning and organization methodologies
Experience with capital project delivery processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and P6 to integrate schedules and create metrics
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
