Responsibilities
Maintenance of infrastructure, grounds keeping, home inventory renovations, preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, preventative maintenance and repair of septic systems, repairs and other maintenance related tasks on a daily basis
Maintain connections for water, sewer/septic, electric
Prepare property for home delivery/removal
Perform general maintenance/repairs as required based on property type
Mowing, edge trimming, shrub/branch trimming and general maintenance of common areas
Snow shoveling and plowing
Repair/Clean out homes to get ready for sale
Winterization as per procedures
Inspect and maintain to keep ready for sale
Inspect for and complete maintenance issues
Perform turn on/off process
Inspection of vehicles and equipment before and after use
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance as required
Use vehicles and equipment in a manner to avoid damage and unnecessary repairs
Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned
Qualification
Required
Clean driving record
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of general construction, plumbing, electric, septic systems
Ability to operate power tools and outdoor power equipment
Ability to understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80lbs
Must be able to stand, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and twist repetitively
Must be able to stand continuously for long periods
Must be able to climb ladders and tolerate heights
Must be able to tolerate climate changes
Must be able to accommodate fluctuating on-call schedule
