Office Administrator Assistant
ECS Group of Companies is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental and facilities consulting services. They are seeking an Office Administrator Assistant to support payroll processing, HR functions, and general office administration tasks.
Civil Engineering
Responsibilities
Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing
Support new hire processes, job changes, and terminations
Complete and file HR forms (e.g., employment verifications, I-9s)
Assist with benefits processing and leave administration
Enter vendor invoices and reconcile statements
Support billing and collections efforts
Help maintain office equipment and supply inventory
Support general office administration and receptionist duties
Attend meetings and participate in required trainings
Other duties as assigned to support learning and office operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1 year of ECS administrative experience
Preferred
Associate degree or coursework in business, accounting, or human resources preferred
