Contact Center Advocate II - Radiology - Days
Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Advocate II to join their busy call center team. This role provides multi-channel support across all services, interacting with physicians, administrators, patients, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and compassionate service.

Responsibilities
Perform all duties of a Contact Center Advocate II, with expanded scope across multiple service lines and locations
Handle inbound and outbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels
Provide accurate information and support for scheduling, referrals, and general inquiries
Build loyalty by anticipating caller needs and delivering exceptional service
Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and internal teams
Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution
Uphold the Standards of Service Excellence in every interaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems and multi-channel communication tools
Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, extensively utilize computer information system
Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information
Requires interpersonal skills to deal effectively both over the telephone and in person with patients, visitors, medical staff, and other clinic and/or hospital personnel
Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely manner to meet clinic staff and patient needs
Ability to discuss with patients their general financial responsibilities and connect the patient with the Customer Service Center at the Corporate Business Office
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Ability to work within a team setting and be supportive of team members
Successful completion of yearly competencies
Basic computer skills (i.e., knowledgeable opening software/email, navigate on keyboard, logging in and out of computer)
Ability to work effectively with populations of diverse backgrounds and ages
Dependable and punctual
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare call center or customer service environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with clinic environment preferred
