Managing urgent patient phone calls and triaging to the appropriate on-call staff
Qualification
Required
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multi-task
Manage time and prioritize efficiently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word and Excel
A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone
