Sales Support Specialist
Frontier Precision is a 100% employee owned company that has been delivering innovative solutions in the Geospatial Division. They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will assist the sales team by engaging in customer outreach, processing orders, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs
Conduct customer outreach to help schedule introductory meetings with sales representatives
Perform customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
Route customer issues, support requests, and sales leads to the appropriate team members
Support the sales team by preparing new equipment for customers
Process incoming sales orders using the company’s designated sales system
Provide timely order status updates to the sales team and customers
Prepare customer quotes and invoices
Maintain appropriate inventory levels for the location, including rental inventory when applicable
Ship customer orders and coordinate store transfers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and building maintenance as needed
Order and maintain office supplies
Receive, process, unload, and stock incoming inventory shipments
Open and close the office according to established procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs
Experience conducting customer outreach to help schedule introductory meetings with sales representatives
Ability to perform customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
Skill in routing customer issues, support requests, and sales leads to the appropriate team members
Support experience for the sales team by preparing new equipment for customers
Experience processing incoming sales orders using the company's designated sales system
Ability to provide timely order status updates to the sales team and customers
Skill in preparing customer quotes and invoices
Ability to maintain appropriate inventory levels for the location, including rental inventory when applicable
Experience shipping customer orders and coordinating store transfers
Ability to answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Skill in keeping the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
Ability to coordinate repairs, cleaning, and building maintenance as needed
Experience ordering and maintaining office supplies
Ability to receive, process, unload, and stock incoming inventory shipments
Ability to open and close the office according to established procedures
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs on their own and up to 100 lbs with assistance
