Responsibilities

Ensures company's Vision, Culture and Core Values are lived, expressed
Seeks, develops and maintains relationships with core clients
Ensures quality of end product by monthly meetings / site evaluations on accounts
Monthly meetings will entail all high-end clients A’s and B+’s 3-4 times a year
Assists and helps manage with FOM labor, equipment and material to accomplish production schedules within established budgets
Works closely with Field Operations Manager for crew placement and development
Directly contributes to reach goals and serve our clients through managing all upsells
Sales goals as enhancements on the book of business to be achieved at 35%+
Monitors job from budgets of time, schedule, cost or any other factor so appropriate adjustments can be made to maximize end result and efficiencies
Maintains strict adherence to established schedules and budget hours with OM and FOM
Renewals with job costing and meeting clients when their terms are up
Snow operations as area manager and oversees sites TBD
Live, Breath and focus on companies Core Values and hold others accountable
Take part in Production meetings with the use of EOS Systems
Work Closely with Operations Manager and Field Operations Manager to ensure a seamless transition for client
Assigned lead maintains excellent client communication
Cross selling between departments and ensuring we gain the most from each client
Ensure a safe environment for all employees and clients
