Responsibilities
Oversee and support hydraulic and high-pressure systems, ensuring safe operation and compliance with applicable standards
Conduct ergonomic assessments and improvements, utilizing Humantech methodologies and tools
Manage workers’ compensation claims, including incident investigation, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Lead and support ISO 14001 environmental management system audits, including preparation, execution, and recertification efforts
Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and drive preventative safety initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a strong safety and compliance culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience with workman's compensation
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 14001
Experience with inspections, training, audits, and root cause analysis
Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods across large operational areas
Ability to climb, bend, and access elevated or confined spaces for inspections
Comfortable wearing required PPE and working in a variety of environmental conditions (noise, heat, etc.)
