Responsibilities
Own and enhance the vendor governance framework across the technology organization
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors to drive value, performance, and innovation
Establish, track, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance metrics
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, redlining, execution, and renewals
Lead vendor contract negotiations to ensure commercially favorable and risk-appropriate terms
Collaborate with Legal and Sourcing teams to ensure contracts align with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors and manage day-to-day vendor relationships
Act as an escalation point for vendor-related issues and drive timely resolution
Partner with Security and Risk teams to conduct vendor risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Identify opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, and service optimization through strategic sourcing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in vendor management, IT procurement, or contract negotiation
Strong understanding of technology domains (cloud, SaaS, telecom, infrastructure, etc.)
Proven experience managing multi-million dollar vendor relationships
Demonstrated success leading governance strategies and cross-functional business reviews
Preferred
Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
Familiarity with vendor risk management frameworks and financial due diligence
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships
Experience within the media or entertainment industry
