Responsibilities
Conduct history and physical examinations for clients
Review laboratory results and monitor blood levels
Handle sick calls and prepare discharge plans, including physician orders and prescriptions if applicable
Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox unit
Coordinate with primary care physicians and psychiatrists as necessary
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective post-discharge and complete prior authorization requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active Nurse Practitioner license to practice in General/Family Medicine (must possess either an FNP + Family Practice license or a CRNP + Family Practice license)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Addiction Medicine
Availability for in-person shifts Monday - Friday, with on-call duties via phone or virtually
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
