Responsibilities
Skill Development & Support: Apply interpersonal and emotional regulation strategies to help students and families build the skills necessary for self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and consistent school engagement
Assessment & Planning: Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans that address educational, emotional, and environmental barriers to attendance
Family Engagement: Utilize a family-centered, strengths-based approach to empower families, reduce stress, and enhance capacity for consistent school participation
Collaboration: Partner with school personnel, community agencies, and other service providers to coordinate support, monitor progress, and strengthen connections between home and school
Prevention & Intervention: Implement prevention and skill-building strategies that enhance resilience, problem-solving, and communication capacities in youth and families
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely service records and ensure all activities adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
Consultation & Training: Provide consultation to schools and participate in team meetings to support the development of effective attendance improvement and family engagement strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience in family-centered case management services
Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans
Strong interpersonal and emotional regulation skills
Experience working collaboratively with school district personnel, families, and community partners
Knowledge of evidence-informed interventions
Ability to maintain accurate and timely service records
Understanding of agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
Experience in providing consultation and training to schools
