Responsibilities
Processing weekly payroll and preparing payroll-related journal entries and reconciling payroll liability accounts
Supporting general ledger maintenance, account analysis, and reconciliations
Assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures
Supporting the fixed assets function, including subledger reconciliations and project/work order reviews
Assisting with audit schedules and regulatory reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Solid understanding of GAAP and foundational accounting principles
Experience with automated accounting systems
