Responsibilities

Manage an inventory of all systems, admins/users, and process maps/workflows/automations owned by the department and analyze business data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across functional areas
Evaluate requirements and measure outcomes to make recommendations and implement approved business solutions, including technology platforms. Document updates to existing procedures as needed for areas owned by Deposit Operations, disseminating those changes throughout the organization
Partner with functional leaders to define and document business requirements for new initiatives, system enhancements, or reporting needs. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure business solutions are integrated smoothly and deliver intended results. Serve as the SME on project teams and coordinate testing resources and communication within the department on projects and system upgrades
Provide requested analyses, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making within the function. Maintain inventory of reports, letters, notices and forms used by the department in daily processing and validate usage and need at least annually
Develop and deliver regular business reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making

Required

Five years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related functional role
Experience leading requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution validation in a functional or cross-functional environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree
Must be able to learn and retain information
Remain in a stationary position
Constantly operate a computer
Converse with others on a continual basis
