Responsibilities
Managerial oversight of home construction from breaking ground to completion- ensuring high-quality, on-time and cost-efficient delivery
Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication, meetings, and walkthroughs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Schedule, coordinate, and manage 30+ subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships and holding teams accountable for quality and safety standards
Working closely with Sales, Warranty, and Office Team to deliver a seamless building and closing experience
Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site aligned with company and safety standards
Monitor Budgets to control construction costs and prepare daily, monthly & quarterly reports
Qualification
Required
Prior residential production building experience is required, 3+ years of field management preferred
Proven ability to schedule, supervise, and motivate trade partners while upholding David Weekley Homes' standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Effective computer skills to handle job costing, payroll & communication with vendors & trades, as well as coworkers
Preferred
3+ years of field management preferred
College education is preferred
