Responsibilities
Acquire and manage commercial banking clients (SMEs, mid-market, corporate)
Develop and grow a portfolio of business relationships
Identify client needs and provide tailored commercial banking solutions
Sell and cross-sell products including:
Commercial loans and lines of credit
Treasury management and cash management services
Business deposits and payment solutions
Trade finance and FX products (if applicable)
Conduct financial analysis and credit reviews for lending opportunities
Partner with credit, underwriting, risk, and operations teams
Structure and negotiate loan terms and pricing
Monitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk
Meet revenue, loan growth, and deposit growth targets
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or Corporate Banking Sales
Strong understanding of commercial lending and credit products
Experience working with financial statements and cash flow analysis
Proven relationship management and business development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of treasury management and cash management solutions
Experience with SME and middle-market clients
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Strong portfolio management and risk assessment skills
CRM and sales pipeline management experience
