Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of incentive programs to grow community membership and engagement, using data and AI tools to measure and optimize performance
Identify and activate high traffic social platforms (for example LinkedIn, Reddit and other relevant channels) to drive awareness, membership and participation while maintaining brand and compliance guidelines
Support planning and execution of community activities including webinars and in person events
Help translate product capabilities into customer value by contributing to messaging, positioning, and Go-to-Market (GTM) materials for HPE Networking
Develop sales and marketing assets such as presentations, data sheets, solution briefs, and internal enablement materials
Conduct competitive and market research, summarize insights and help inform positioning and launch strategies
Coordinate digital marketing activities and content projects in collaboration with cross functional teams
Maintain confidentiality of prerelease and internal information and incorporate stakeholder feedback professionally
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing presentations and marketing materials
Interest in technology, networking, compute and cloud/SaaS solutions
Organized, detail oriented, able to follow through and work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to analyze data to inform decisions
Preferred
Experience or interest in social media strategy, webinar hosting, and event coordination is desirable
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus
