Responsibilities
Leading projects to implement, re-implement, or upgrade Global Shop Solutions ERP modules, specifically enhancing shop floor, inventory, or financial modules
Analyzing current-state manufacturing operations to identify, define, and document business requirements
Improving workflows to increase efficiency in material flow, inventory management, and scheduling
Configuring GSS software to match specific business processes, developing custom screens, reports, and scripts using tools like Crystal Reports
Providing high-level technical application support, resolving complex issues related to Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC), accounting, or system performance
Developing user training manuals and conducting training sessions for end-users to maximize system usability
Reconciling ledger/sub-ledger data, ensuring data accuracy, and creating custom dashboards for performance analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems analysis, or technical consulting
Expert-level knowledge of Global Shop Solutions ERP
Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and inventory control
Proficiency in SQL, relational database structures, and Crystal Reports
Preferred
Master's degree for specialized roles
