Driving revenue through consistent outbound activity, lead qualification, and opportunity progression
Owning early-stage pipeline development and converting interest into qualified opportunities and closed sales
Engaging clinicians, uncovering needs, and moving opportunities forward through high volume daily outreach, including calls, emails, and follow up touchpoints

Required

Proven experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or a quota-driven sales environment
Demonstrated ability to execute high-volume daily sales activity, including outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up cadences
Experience generating, qualifying, and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel
Strong sales communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, ask effective discovery questions, and position solutions
Results-oriented mindset with comfort being measured against activity and revenue performance metrics
Highly organized with strong time management and pipeline follow-up discipline
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability to daily KPIs
Experience using CRM systems to track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records
Ability to learn and sell technical or clinical products, solutions, or workflows

Preferred

Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales environments
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
