Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for a portfolio of top-tier Dedicated Members
Deeply understand each Members lifestyle and preferences to anticipate needs and personalize recommendations
Position and sell Quintessentially’s premium offerings—from travel to bespoke experiences—as value-added solutions
Meet and exceed KPIs related to member satisfaction, retention (renewals), and revenue contribution
Curate, plan, and deliver complex lifestyle requests with precision, speed, and creativity
Proactively suggest experiences, services, and upgrades to enhance engagement
Leverage our global network to access exclusive reservations, tickets, products, and services
Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Qualification
Required
5–7 years' experience in luxury hospitality, personal concierge, private client services, or luxury account management
Proven success in a sales or client retention-focused role, ideally working with HNW/UHNW clientele
Exceptional emotional intelligence and client intuition; able to build trust quickly with sophisticated, high-expectation individuals
Strong global knowledge of luxury destinations, brands, and lifestyle trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident navigating high-pressure conversations with senior-level clients
Proactive mindset with a refined, polished, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented with an unshakeable commitment to excellence
Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
