Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and commercial teams, delivering insights on revenue, margin, pricing, and performance
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets tied to sales and marketing strategy
Develop KPIs and reporting that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Support month-end close, forecasting cycles, and executive/board-level reporting
Analyze sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and working capital trends to identify growth opportunities
Lead process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A
Mentor and collaborate with finance team members across the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally supporting commercial or revenue-driven functions
Strong background in forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management
Experience partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leaders
Advanced Excel skills
Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate at the executive level
Preferred
Exposure to Power BI and large ERP systems strongly preferred
