Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to Government Services leaders to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems, tools and processes

Drive utilization of processes and tools to enhance digital literacy of organization with a goal of driving towards digital proficiency

Guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, processes, and metrics to track progress to and enable attainment of business goals

Drive new ways of working that motivate and engage a mobile, technologically fluent, globally distributed workforce

Lead team in driving Agile mindset to ensure a focus and finish mentality for key projects/initiatives

Collect, organize, and visualize data into insights, with the use of digital tools within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and stakeholder commitments

Provide coaching, guidance and development opportunities to team members

Partner with Government Services Leadership on special projects (e.g. On-Time Delivery, Functional integration)

Maintain BGS/BDS execution scorecards, program execution dashboard(s), and Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) scoring

Drive improvements to operational health of the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management system to ensure execution of mitigation planning

Required

5+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

5+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals

5+ years of experience architecting business transformation or optimization projects

3+ years of experience leading geographically dispersed teams

3+ years of experience directly supporting and improving operational health & performance of a program and/or organization

Experience in team building, leading cross-functional teams, motivating and engaging team member, and inspiring work groups through daily interactions

Preferred

Ability to lead through change while demonstrating positive mindset

Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics

Experience using Program Management Best Practices: Configuration Control Board (CCB), Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO), Performance Management, Requirements Management, Integrated master scheduling
