Responsibilities

Engage internally with business stakeholders and externally with brokers, policyholders, and TPA clients
Drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies
Expand market presence, strengthen client retention, and foster long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence
Serve as a trusted liaison and advocate, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments while nurturing long-term satisfaction and retention
Elevate the brand, support strategy sessions, steward client onboarding, and represent Safety National at regional events

Required

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Office, located at 401 Plymouth Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
4 or more years of experience in property & casualty insurance or a corporate client-facing sales or service role
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital communication platforms, and data analysis tools
Proven experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage client relationships and engagement metrics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with professional and executive audiences

Preferred

Experience in risk management or claims related to Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, or General Liability
Insurance industry designations such as AIC, ARM, AINS, CSP, CPCU, or AIS
