Responsibilities
Actively participate in the Target Operating Model design, including documentation of current-state and future-state lending processes
Lead requirement gathering sessions for assigned workstreams and validate business needs with stakeholders
Support and execute Loan IQ functional configuration aligned to client business processes
Participate in and support onsite and virtual workshops with business, operations, and IT teams
Execute and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop detailed functional documentation, process flows, and traceability matrices
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities and escalate as needed
Qualification
Required
7-9 years of experience in commercial lending systems, with hands-on Loan IQ implementation experience
Strong functional knowledge of agency, syndicated, and/or bilateral lending
Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating within a structured delivery team
Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
Preferred
Loan IQ certification or advanced Loan IQ training
Prior experience supporting Loan IQ Target Operating Model or transformation initiatives
Experience working in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models
Background supporting tier-1 or global financial institutions
