We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support and advance capabilities across TekXlerate Foundry locations, responsible for the design, integration, operation, and evolution of advanced technology solutions spanning networking, compute, virtualization, AI, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for TekXlerate Foundry environments across multiple locations
Plan and execute system upgrades, refreshes, and technology insertions
Perform test, integration, validation, and demonstration of new and existing solutions
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and network domains
Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and scalability
Design and develop innovative solutions in support of customer mission needs
Lead or contribute to proof-of-concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and pilot deployments
Integrate solutions across wired and wireless networking, compute platforms, virtualization technologies, AI/ML platforms, and emerging technologies
Serve as a technical liaison for existing customers, providing engineering support and solution enhancements
Support new customer engagements including requirements analysis, solution design, and technical briefings
Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical exchanges
Support capture and business development efforts through solution architecture and proposal input
Collaborate with engineers, architects, program managers, and partners across TekSynap
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of information technology experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with wired and wireless networking technologies
Familiarity with compute infrastructure including servers, storage, and edge platforms
Familiarity with virtualization and hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, and container platforms
Experience supporting production and mission-critical environments
Ability to travel to TekXlerate Foundry locations as required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, GPU-based compute, or data analytics environments
Familiarity with DoD and/or Federal Civilian technology environments
Experience working in labs, test ranges, or innovation hubs
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Juniper, Cisco, Security+)
