Vendor Coordinator

Clear, consistent afternoon-to-evening shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
Hands-on vendor coordination in a Class A corporate environment
Stable role with defined responsibilities and day-to-day ownership
Overtime available
The role supports day-to-day workplace operations by coordinating and escorting vendors, managing access and permits, raising and tracking work orders, supporting meeting rooms and events, assisting with seating moves and basic logistics, monitoring floor conditions, and escalating issues as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Vendor interaction and accountability are central to the position
Qualification
Required
Hands-on vendor coordination in a Class A corporate environment
Stable role with defined responsibilities and day-to-day ownership
