Technical Support Manager
ScanTexas provides solutions to improve productivity for various industries and is seeking a Technical Support Manager. The role involves handling customer support issues, working with sales to configure solutions, and participating in sales meetings and installations.
Responsibilities
Answering and solving pre sales and post sales technical support issues for customers and ScanTexas sales personnel
Working with sales to configure solutions for customers. Solutions will be RFID, barcode scanners, barcode printers, mobile computers, etc from Zebra Technologies
Going onsite for sales meetings and installations
Being involved in crafting plans for how technical support helps us achieve our aggressive sales goals
Qualification
Required
Strong technical Barcode/RFID support skills needed
Experience preferred, but always open to new talent
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Friendly, customer focused
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and manage yourself on a daily basics towards achieving technical goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
