Responsibilities

Experience with the following applications is ideal:
Active Directory/Microsoft Azure Management
Disaster Recovery configuration/testing
Ninja One Management Platform
Veeam Backup solution (backup to immutable storage, long-term storage, and cloud)
Software deployment
Endpoint management/security patches/updates (OS Upgrades/patches/etc.)
Disaster Recovery configuration/testing
Print Server Management
Mac OS support
Good customer service skills with the ability to work with anyone in the organization from general users to Executives
Ability to function as part of a technical team
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and well organized
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to effectively communicate with other departments, vendors, and staff
Experience with Atlassian JIRA software a plus

Required
