Qualification
Required
Be a resident of a state-designated Disadvantaged Community (DAC). DACs are communities identified by New York State as facing higher environmental, health, and economic burdens
Be physically able to perform hands-on work, including lifting to 50 lbs and standing or working on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Be interested in pursuing a long-term career, not short-term or temporary work
