Qualification
Required
Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management, with a strong focus on optimizing workflow and financial performance
Proficiency in Strategic Planning and setting organizational objectives to align with business goals
Expertise in Customer Service to ensure a superior client experience and customer satisfaction
Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to oversee complex projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Background or familiarity with the sports and wellness industry is a plus
