Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
Providing outstanding customer service
Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Qualification

Sales ExperienceCustomer Service ExperienceProfessional Phone EtiquetteHome Improvement ExperienceTyping Speed

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 2yrs of Sales & Marketing Experience
At least 2yrs of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Preferred

Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Related Field is a Plus
