Provides a superior level of customer relations and service, ensuring internal and external client satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and request
Leads the RFP response process for new opportunities
Participates in miscellaneous public funds portfolio specific projects, as necessary
Moderate travel required to attend conferences
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in Treasury Management Sales focusing on Government Sector
BA in business, finance, or similar area
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with various business lines and management
Successful track record of driving new business growth and developing well rounded client relationships
Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
Extensive experience in building and supporting business line development and operations
Leads by example; fostering collaboration, ownership and results
