Responsibilities

Design, build, and productionize ML models for generative AI, fine-tuning, and RAG
Build scalable data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Develop annotation and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve model quality
Partner with product engineers to deliver impactful, user-facing AI features
Collaborate with infrastructure teams on training, inference, monitoring, and deployment
Explore new ideas and help shape the long-term AI vision

Qualification

Deep LearningPythonPyTorchTensorFlowML ToolchainsMLOpsMentoring

Required

5+ years of industry experience building and shipping deep learning systems
Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Familiarity with modern ML toolchains (hosted APIs, open-source frameworks, or custom stacks)
Experience with embedding-based systems for retrieval, ranking, or multimodal models
Comfort mentoring others and raising the technical bar

Preferred

MLOps and ML infrastructure experience (observability, CI/CD, automation)
Experience working on creative, design, or collaboration-focused ML products
