Responsibilities
Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards
Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices
Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing
Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork
Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in both cold and warm environments
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers
Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.)
Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately
Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots
Ability to read, speak and write English
