They are seeking a Claims System Analyst to solve software issues and act as a liaison between departments while analyzing business problems and implementing automated systems for the claims department.

Responsibilities
Analyze moderately complex business problems and processes to be solved with automated systems
Implement strategy initiatives for the claims department under the direction of the Claims Data Operations Manager and/or National Claims Manager
Assist with designs and implementation of automated claims systems and processes
Contact for IT and 3rd party vendors on claims software issues and questions
Help train adjusters on claims software
Drive improvement in existing business processes
Qualification
Required
Three years of claims experience, or relevant and progressive professional experience
A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
