Responsibilities
Own company wide financial planning and forecasting and partner with CEO and leadership team on scenario planning, tradeoffs and prioritization
Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for the executive team
Lead capital planning, cash management and runway modeling
Design and implement scalable financial processes, controls and reporting candence
Improve forecasting accuracy and financial discipline
Building budgeting and monthly close rhythm
Oversee accounting operations and own relationship with external accounting partners, auditors and tax providers
Ensure regulatory compliance
Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and leadership team
Build financial fluency across Wizard
Qualification
Required
8-15+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A or finance leadership roles
Experience supporting high growth or scaling companies (startup or scaleup)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a strategic lens
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Experience overseeing accounting functions
Prior exposure to fundraising, board reporting and capital strategy
