Recreation Facilities Manager - West St. Paul

Responsibilities

Play a key leadership role in supporting safe, accessible, and well-maintained recreational facilities for the community
This position performs supervisory and administrative work managing the City’s recreational facilities division
This position provides project management oversight for planning, development, remodeling, and repair of existing and new recreational facilities, including related contracts, project budgets, managerial oversight for all project activities
Plans, develops, and recommends long-range capital improvements, renovations, or replacements along with related capital and operational estimates
Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs and schedules for facilities
Oversees and manages facility operations, develops policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures, schedules user groups, schedules and supervises staff
