Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the technologies used in overhead transmission applications including advanced technologies such as E3X
Collaborate with sales team and sales channels to convert customers and the market from more commoditized products to the advanced products and solutions offered by Prysmian
Partner R&D to develop the next generation of products and services for overhead transmission customers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow overhead transmission cable sales across assigned territories and customer segments
Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and technical discussions to proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project needs and specifications
Provide customers with technical guidance on overhead transmission cable products
Ability to present to executive leadership regarding sales, forecasts, and business opportunity
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve complex problems independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of sales experience in the utility, transmission, or electrical products industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
