Sales Engineer
Ridge IT Cyber is a leading MSSP specializing in cyber threat protection and prevention. They are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical offerings and client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients, understanding their requirements and effectively communicating technical solutions
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value our solutions provide to our clients
Provide pre-sales support, including answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Work closely with our engineering team to relay client feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights
Liaison between sales operations leadership and technical project management teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred
Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing role within the Cybersecurity Industry
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex ideas effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with our solutions: Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Okta, Qualys, Picus, Zscaler
