Program Manager
Intergalactic, now part of GE Aerospace, is a team of engineers and problem solvers focused on innovative aerospace solutions. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned programs, ensuring that strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones are met from award to delivery, while also serving as the primary contact with customers throughout the program execution.

Responsibilities
Manage individual programs, as assigned, by leading all crew members in a matrixed organization through their various job functions, including business development/proposal support, engineering, design, purchasing, assembly, test, SDRLs, customer TIMs, and more. Serve as the main point of contact and main focal point of communication, timelines, tasks, and schedules
Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the program among the project team and the client to ensure all goals, tasks, and deliverables are understood clearly throughout the entire program
Maintain effective and positive communication with program customers to ensure a strong relationship and positive supplier rating. Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations
Provide timely, clear, and concise communication of program status, risks and opportunities, scope change information, and recovery plans to all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in engineering, science, or program management discipline
5 years of combined experience working professionally in program management, project management, project engineering, or an equivalent technical role
2 years of experience in the aerospace industry
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
