Responsibilities
Lead key generator development projects that improve the competitive position for the new apparatus generator portfolio
Evaluate trends to assess product needs from concept through commercialization
Collaborate with multiple organizations to understand market requirements, communicate R&D project pipeline, business impacts, and customer benefit appraisals
Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps to assure lifecycle success of the portfolio
Collaborate with various teams to analyze issues, find root causes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Clarify business impact through consistent cost reduction and service lifecycle view to achieve the highest return on investment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
6 + years of professional experience in generator design, manufacturing, field service or project management
Leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
A sense of personal accountability when it comes to decision-making and leading global development teams
A clear understanding of project and product management processes, strategies, and methods with experience managing complex projects
Travel up to 10%
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred
an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering
