Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships
Design Miami is the global platform for design connecting leading galleries, designers, collectors, and cultural partners. The Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships is responsible for supporting the acquisition and execution of marketing partnerships, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled.

Responsibilities
Support partner acquisition efforts by preparing draft partnership agreements, amendments, and related documentation using approved templates
Coordinate internal review and approvals of partnership contracts, including legal, finance, and leadership sign-off
Support partnership negotiations by tracking deal terms, revisions, and approvals under the direction of senior leadership
Manage contract execution and signing processes, ensuring agreements are finalized, executed, and properly documented
Maintain organized records of executed agreements, amendments, and key deal terms
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners for coordination, timelines, and information exchange
Support partner onboarding and ensure partnership commitments are clearly communicated internally
Assist with renewal preparation and ongoing partner communications as directed by senior leadership
Liaise with Marketing, Programming, and Production teams to communicate partner commitments and timelines
Monitor the status of marketing deliverables and flag risks, gaps, or timing issues to senior leadership and the Marketing team
Ensure partners receive accurate information regarding deliverables, without directly managing or executing marketing outputs
Maintain accurate partnership trackers, calendars, and CRM records
Support invoicing coordination and internal reporting related to partnership agreements
Manage supplier registrations and partner portals
Assist with post-event partner recaps by gathering inputs from relevant teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, contract support, account management, or marketing operations
Experience supporting partnership agreements, negotiations, and cross-functional workflows
Strong organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Airtable, or similar tools; CRM and contract management systems a plus
Preferred
Interest in design, culture, arts, or live events strongly preferred
