They are seeking a Document Specialist to join their New York team, responsible for document set-up, optimization, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities
Participate in Document Set-Up, Optimization, and editing (both content and formatting) of client documents
Actively participate and may lead client training
Troubleshoot Word formatting and HTML rendering issues
Collaborate with professional services teams with the goal of providing exceptional service to our clients
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of document styles/print
Preferred
BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ year previous work experience in a similar client service environment preferred
1+ year of advanced word processing or desktop publishing experience preferred
