Experienced HVAC Sales Engineer
W.B. Guimarin and Co. is currently seeking a dynamic, results oriented, seasoned sales engineer. This individual will be responsible for obtaining, coordinating design and delivering successful negotiated mechanical projects while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers including owners, manufacturers, healthcare institutions and general contractors
Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
Prepares cost estimates for engineered solutions by preparing conceptual drawings, studying plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel
Prepare professional proposals and presentations that are tailored to customer's needs and effectively communicate proposed solutions
Deliver engineered solutions to customer by providing safe and efficient project management and execution of proposed solutions by effectively communicating project needs to the Director of Construction and construction team members
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of successful negotiation and sales of mechanical projects or engineered products to owners, manufacturers and design build general contractors
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Five or more years of sales in the HVAC industry
Outstanding communication skills with technical skills
Self motivated and a self starter
Ability to pass a fit for duty physical and a drug screen
Preferred
Professional engineering license
EIT with ability to obtain PE within 2 years
