They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to support their soy processing group by managing key accounting tasks and collaborating with merchandisers.

Responsibilities
Invoice daily loadouts and process payments for daily unloads
Collaborate with merchandisers to accurately and efficiently prepare payments and invoices
Reconcile daily activity and research/resolve discrepancies
Review and reconcile daily contracts from merchandisers and put out loading orders
Effectively communicate with management, co-workers, customers, and external business contacts
Provide ad hoc support and perform other duties as assigned by management
Contribute to the team’s success by working closely with team members for improved processes and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Strong understanding of accounting practices, terminology, and mathematical principles
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with a variety of stakeholders
Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Prior accounting and clerical experience preferred (required for the Senior Associate level)
Experience with Oracle preferred
